* Locating and obtaining texts worldwide for input
* Text input ordering and priority scheduling
* Coordination, staffing, and financing of all YOGA offices
* Overall project finances and fundraising
* Sponsorship of text input
* Personnel issues, including volunteering and internship opportunities
* Policies and standards
* Domestic data verification
* Maintenance of the YOGA Master Database
* Maintenance of the YOGA Master Catalog
* Coordination of project volunteers
* Sanskrit font and word processing development and licensing
* Data purchasing and licensing
* Domestic and foreign government liaison
* Preparation of contracts with overseas and domestic contractors
* Establishment and enforcement of quality control standards
